General
⟐ I retain the right to publish the commissioned work on my portfolios and socials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been discussed beforehand.
⟐ The use of my art for for AI training is strictly forbidden
⟐ Prices and TOS are subject to changes; the client is bound by the version in effect at the time of commission.
⟐ Please provide visual references of the desired character that will be used
⟐ I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I do not do.Payment
⟐All prices are in USD.
⟐Payment can be done through Paypal or Cashapp.
⟐A deposit of at least 50%(Non-Refundable) must be paid before working on the commission. After the sketch has been approved, the remaining balance will be paid upon flats added to the artwork.
⟐Any additions for the artwork such as additional characters must be paid immediately once sketches are approved.Deadlines and Delivery
⟐ Delivery of the artwork can be done between 1 to 5 weeks depending on the complexity of the artwork.

The Client is 18 years or older and legally able to commit to an agreement or has a legal guardian to make this agreement on their behalf.
